Your Overdraft Protection Choices

Recent regulation requires that you "opt in" to overdraft privilege that covers one time debit transactions and ATM withdrawals.  Your current overdraft privilege program structure covers these transaction types, but (because of this regulation) will not beginning AUGUST 15 without your consent.  You can call us, email us, or write us and let us know that you would like your account to keep operating as it is today.  Once we hear from you we will send a letter of confirmation to you indicating that you wish to "opt in" to full overdraft privilege.  If you wish to send us a written "opt in" please print this page (64KB PDF) and bring it in or mail it to us at 2330  S.
